All orders are typically processed in 1 business day.

Normal shipping days are Monday-Friday. Saturday shipping is typical, but not guaranteed.

Shipping is subject to delays based on volume of orders.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

All domestic shipping charges are flat rate, according to weight shown below:

Up to 3 oz. - $2.95 - First Class USPS

Over 3 oz. / under 1 lb. - $5.95 - First Class USPS

Over 1 lb. / under 2 lbs. - $9.95 - Priority Mail USPS

2 lbs. and up - $13.95 - Priority Mail USPS

Orders over $100 ship for free in the USA.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We gladly ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number by email when your order has been shipped.

Customs, duties, and taxes

S.O.C. Glitters is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

S.O.C. Glitters is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Worldwide shipping is available. Rates are calculated based off location and weight.

Returns Policy

Returns must be made within 10 days of delivery. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. A refund will be issued after successful delivery of the returned product.
